Add 2.5 lb from last workout

  • Backsquat (2 x 5/1 x ME)

Add 5 lb from last workout

Conditioning

10 min AMRAP:

  • 10 KB Swings
  • 15 m Bear Crawl
  • 20 Russian Twists
  • 15 m Bear Crawl

L1: 70/53, 35/25
L2: 53/35, 25/15
L3: 35/25, 15/10
