add 2.5 lbs from last workout

Conditioning

3 rounds of

3 min AMRAP

  • 8 DB Hang Power Cleans
  • 7 Push-ups
  • 6 Renegade Rows

Rest 3 min between rounds, start each new round where you left off, score is total rounds and reps completed

L1 Choose weight, w/ DB’s
L2 35/25
L3 30/20, incline Pushups
