Min 2- 3 Pull-ups, 3 Push Press

L1: 1 Bar Muscle Up, 155/115
L2: C2B, 135/95
L3: Jumping C2B pullups, 115/75

On the call of 3,2,1, Go…Partner 1 has  one minute to achieve max calories on the rower  and Partner 2 has one minute to complete 3 Push press and 3 Pull-ups. Continue alternating minutes until 200 calories have been achieved as a team.
