Add 10 lbs to last workout

Conditioning

5 rounds for total reps

  • 30 sec of Burpee Pullups
  • Rest 30 sec
  • 30 sec of Hang Power Snatch
  • Rest 30 Sec
  • 30 rest Ring Rows

Rest 1 min between rounds

L2 Burpee w/ Touch, 95/65
L3 Burpee, 75/55
