Strength

  • Back Squat (2×5,1xME)

Add 5lbs to last workout

Conditioning

  • 100 KB swings
  • 100 Ring Pushups

You may break up reps and sets however you choose.

L1 70/53    L2  62/44    L3 35/25, 75 reps or lower
