Add 2.5 lbs to last Workout

Conditioning

“Milk Steak”

EMOM for as long as Possible

  • 3 Burpees
  • 3 Hang Power Cleans
  • 3 Shoulder to Overhead
L1 135/95
L2 115/75
L3 95/65 or lower

*If you complete 10 rounds, add one rep to each movement for each additional minute until you cannot complete the required reps. For example minute 11 would be 4 Burpees + 4 Hang Power Clean+ 4 Shoulder to Overhead.
