This is Caitlin’s last Day Coaching at Evviva.  Its been a good ride, glad to see here moving on to better things. Her last Class will be the 4:30 and 5:30 on Friday, lets make it special for her.  Bring your “A” game.


Athletes choose one from each section:

1) Squat Test (heavy single)
Front Squat, Back Squat, or Overhead Squat

2) Gymnastics Test
Max Ring Muscle-Ups, Max Pull-Ups, or Max Handstand Pushups

3) Conditioning Test
500m Row for Time, Max Bike Cals in 1 min , Max Double Unders 2 min
