10 min EMOM A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.


15 min EMOM

Min 1-Strict Pull-ups (choose reps)
Min 2- 40 Double Unders
Min 3- 20 Sit-ups

L1 Weighted
L2 Banded,
L3 RIng Rows, Singles
