  • Front Squat (6×6)
Every 2 min for 12 min , 70% of 1RM
  • Pull-up Progression (10 min EMOM)
Choose number of Strict pull-ups, L-sit Pull-ups,pull- up progressions, or rows. Weekly we will progress in this 10 min EMOM.
