  • Front Squat (1RM)
20 min to Establish a 1RM (Bring your Legs!!)
  • Pull-up Progression (AMRAP – Reps)
Choose number of Strict pull-ups, pull- up progressions, or strict pull-ups. Weekly we will progress in this 10 min EMOM.
