YAY BURPEES!!!

Strength

  • Clean (Heavy Single)

12 min to build to a heavy single
Can be hang, power or squat.

Conditioning

Charlie

EMOM as long as possible

12 Bar Facing Burpees

L2 10 reps
L3 8 reps or lower

If you complete 12 rounds, add one rep for each additional minute. For example Min 13 = 13 burpees, Min 14 =14 burpees

This is fast!
