Conditioning:

24 minute EMOM:

Rotate each minute. 4 different stations

1- 12/10 Cal Row
2- 12 V ups
3- 12 ring rows
4- Goat

A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.

L2: 10/8 cals, 10 reps
L3: 8 reps, sit ups
