Paul, Nolan, and Ben talking strategy! What’s it gonna be for 17.4? Announcement tonight at 5pm!

Strength:

  • Front Squat Every 90 seconds 2 front squats.  add 5# to last week OR start at 70-80% of 1 rep max.

 

  • Bench Press (3×5) Choose weight. Alternate each set with Dumbbell Row.

 

  • DB Row (3×10) Choose weight. Alternate with Bench Press
