Burpees over your partner
Partner A will do 1 KB swing and then 1 burpee over their partner. Then partner B will do 1 and 1. Partner A will then do 2 reps of each, followed by partner B. We call this a “Monkey See, Monkey Do” style AMRAP.
L3: 53/35 or lower
Scoring: 1 round completed is BOTH partners completing the full reps.
