L2: 53/35 Knee raises
L3: 35/25, 35 reps, 400m run, V-Ups
Partner A completes the 800m run while partner B completes 50 KB swings. After both partners finish the movement, both partners complete 50 alternating burpees. Once burpees are completed, move on to toes to bar and share the work as needed. Once the toes to bar are completed, the partner who ran first begins KB swings and the person who did KB’s first starts the run. Keep alternating each round.
