Weight Lift Wednesday with Yrlyn!

Strength:

Back Squat
  • Every 90 Seconds, perform 2 reps. Complete 6 sets.
    Add 5-10#s from last week.
Barbell Row
  • Take about 10 minutes to work to 3 sets of 8 with good form.
    Add 5-10 #s from last week

Conditioning:

8 Min AMRAP:

15 Sit Ups
30 Double Unders
