10 Min EMOM:

  • 2 Turkish Get Ups
  • TGUS, Half Kneeling, side bent get ups. build weight if appropriate.

10 Min AMRAP:

Tri pod get ups
10 m Crawl
Goblet Squats
10 m Inverted Crawl

Tri pod and squat reps start at 2 and increase by 2 every round.
2, 4, 6, 8, etc…
