Cal Row

Starting with 3 reps for each, you’re going to climb the ladder with your partner. 3 wall balls, 3 kb swings, then 3 cals, your partner then copies. next is 6, then 9, etc etc. Monkey see, monkey do up the ladder by 3s.

L1: 70/53
L2: 62/44
L3: 53/35 or lower
