Tough Tuesday! Earn it today!

Strength:

Back Squat
3x3x3
Rest 10 seconds between each set of 3. Rest 2 Minutes between each round. Increase weight after each round. Try to increase weight from last week. L1: 4 sets. L2 and lower, 3 sets
Conditioning:
15 Min EMOM:

Min 1: 30 sec hollow holds
Min 2: 30 sec Superman/arch hold
Min 3: 30 sec handstand hold
