Throwback Thursday! Robin in 2013 with a 4:24 sec handstand hold. And we still wrote results on the actual whiteboard!!

Strength:

Front Squat
  • 3 sets of 3 Reps. Use a challenging weight for each set and build after each set.

Conditioning:

10 Min AMRAP

9 Thrusters
35 Double Unders

L1: 95/65
L2: 75/55, 70 singles
L3: 65/45 or lower
