    Choose number of muscle ups, muscle up progressions, or strict pull-ups. Weekly we will progress in this 10 min EMOM.

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

400m Run
10 Pull Ups
10m Front Rack Lunge

L1: C2B, 50/35
L2: Pull Ups, 40/25
L3: 35/20, jumping pull ups
