Min 2: 30 Double Unders
Min 3: 12/10 Cal Row
Min 4: 1 round of Cindy

Cindy = 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats

Scaling : Singles, 10/8 Cal Row, jumping pull ups
