L2: 115/75, Burpees onto a plate or 7 burpees
L3: 95/65, 5 reps burpees (plate or regular)

Max L sit hold on parallettes, boxes, or plates. Up to 1 minute. if failure occurs, plank for the remainder of the minute.

Rest 1 minute between efforts.
