Skill/Strength:

Front Squat
  • 3 Sets of 10 reps. Rest 2-3 Minutes between sets.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds for Reps:

30 seconds on/30 seconds rest

Push-ups
DBThrusters
Box Jump Overs

Keep one running tally of reps for entire workout.

L1: 50/35, 24/20
L2: 40/25, 20/18
L3: 30/15, 18/16 or lower
