Partner Workout

25 Min AMRAP

Partner 1 – Max Cal Row
Partner 2 – 5 Strict Pullups, 10 Push Ups, 15 OH Sqts

Partner 2 is the time, switch with partner 1 after the OH Sqts, score is total calories

L1: 75/55
L2: 65/45
L3: 55/35 or lower
