Skill/Strength:

Shoulder Press -Tempo 40X1
  • 5 sets of 5. Same weight across all sets at Tempo
Conditioning:
Every 2 Minutes, on the 2 minutes for 10 minutes. (5 Rounds)

200m Run
5 Right Arm DB Push Jerks
5 Left Arm DB Push Jerks

L1: 72# KB/50# DB/KB
L2: 50 DB/35 DB
L3: 40/30 DB or lower

Make the Push Jerks HEAVY, but not dangerous.
