Weight lift Wednesday with Ronda in the sunshine!

Strength/Skill:

Back Squat -Tempo 30X1
  • Take 15 Minutes to build to a heavy set of 5 at tempo
Conditioning:
EMOM 11 Minutes:

5 Front Squats
4 Push Press
3 Thrusters

L1: 135/95
L2: 115/75
L3: 95/65

If you don’t make the minute, rest the following minute then start over the next round with 1 rep less each movement
