Movement Monday with Kelly! Getting out in the sun for functional fitness!

Skill/Strength:

Clean Complex -Every 2:00 complete 1 set
  • Clean Deadlift + Hang Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat
    Same weight across all sets, heavy with good form

Conditioning:

“Nasty Girls”
3 Rounds for time of:
50 Air Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 135# / 95#
L2: 3 C2B + 3 Dips per MU, 115/75#
L3: Pull Ups, 95/65 or lower
