Muscle Monday!

Skill/Strength:

EMOM 12 minutes:

1) 5-8 reps of Strict Pull
2) 5-8 reps of Strict Push
3) 4/4 KB Single Leg RDL (moderate)

Gymnastic Skills are meant as practice. They should be challenging. Push or pull can be on any plane. Bar, Rings, Dumbbells, box, knees, etc.
Conditioning:
4 Rounds for Time!

10 Chest to Bar
15 Hand Release Push Ups
20 Dual KB FR Lunges (53/35)

13 minute hard time cap

L2: pull ups, push ups, 44/25
L3: banded, knees, 35/20 (dumbbells)
