Rotate Thru 6 Rounds Each Of:

15/10 Cal Bike or Row
5 Power Cleans

L1: 185/125
L2: 155/105
L3: 135/95 or lower

Goal is to go as fast as possible.
Optional Finisher:

100 Abmat Sit Ups
