  • 1 High Hang Power Snatch + 1 Above the Knee Power Snatch + 1 OH Squat
Conditioning:
Every 3 Minutes on the 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes (5 Rounds)

10 Power Snatch
10 OH Squat
200m Run

L1: 95/65
L2: 75/55
L3: 65/45 or lower, 100m run
