Back Squat -Build to Heavy
  • Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy set of 3 reps for the day
Conditioning:

30-20-10
Back Squats
15-10-5
Bar Muscle Ups

L1: 135/95
L2: 115/75, MU attempts or banded/jumping
L3: 95/65, burpee pull ups
