  • Take about 7  mins to build to a heavy set of 5
Strength Building:
10 min EMOM:

3 Strict Press

Use the load from your previous set of 5 for the day

do not build, use the same load each minute
7 Min AMRAP:

7 Hang Power Cleans
7 Lateral Burpees over the Bar

L1: 95/65
L2: 75/55, burpees
L3: 65/45 or lower, lateral hops
