Toughen up Tuesday!

Skill/Strength:

Front Squat – 3 Rep Max
  • Take 15 minutes to build to heavy 3 rep max
Push Press -1 Rep Max
  • Take 12 minutes to build to a 1 rep max push press.
Conditioning:

3 Sets EACH for time:

20 DB Thrusters
10/10 Reverse Lunges
1:00 Plank Hold

rest 30 seconds between rounds

L0 50/35

L1 35/25

L2 30/20

L3 25/15
