Muscle Up Skills and Scaling!

Today, we’re gonna take about 10 minutes to talk about and work on muscle up skills and discuss scaling options during workouts if you aren’t quite there yet.

22 Minute AMRAP:

16 Burpees
8 OH Squat
6 Muscle Ups

L1: 135/95
L2: 3 Muscle Ups OR C2B pull up, 115/75#
L3: Pull Ups, Ring Rows, 95/65 or lower
