3 Sets of 6/6 Barbell Back Rack Lunge

Rest 1:30 between sets

Perform at same moderate weight for each set

DB Suitcase Lunges
Pull Ups

L2: 45/30, banded
L3: 40/25 or lower, jumping pull ups or ring rows
