Conditioning:

Partner Workout!

For Time:
1000m Row (alt every 250m)
100 Wall Balls (20/14)
1000m Row
50 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)
1000m Row

Wall Balls and Snatch break up however you like. Alternate row 250m at a time. One person working at a time. 22:00 time cap.

L2: 95/65, 14/12
L3: 75/55 or lower, 12/10
