  • Take about 10 minutes to warm up to a heavy set of touch and go deadlifts at tempo
Conditioning:
18 Min AMRAP:

5 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Deadlift (225/155)
45 Double Unders

L2: 2x singles or 25 DU, 185/135
L3: singles, burpees, 155/115 or lower
