Move it Monday! Keys to the new gym in hand! We’ll be getting it ready for the big move!

Skill/Strength:

Push Press -Build to Moderate-Heavy
  • Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy set of 5. Bar should move fast and smooth. Stay below 5 RM
Conditioning:
Pushing Nancy

400m Run
15 Push Press

L1: 115/95
L2: 105/75
L3: 200m Run, 75/55 or lower
