Filly Lunges with DB*
400m Run after each round

L1: 35/25
L2: 30/20
L3: 25/15, 20-16-12-8 rep scheme, 200m run
*switch arms half way thru each set

Cool Down:
Slow recovery row, bike, job, walk, etc. pick your fave for 5 mins
