Hang Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + Above the Knee Snatch

15 minutes to build to a heavy complex

Conditioning:

Partner Workout!

30 Power Snatches
40 Box Jump Overs
20 Power Snatch
60 Box Jump Overs
10 Power Snatch
80 Box Jump Overs

Workout must be completed in order but can split up work between partners however you choose.

L1: 135/95, 24/20″
L2: 155/75, 20/18″
L3: 95/65 or lower, 18/16″ or lower
