We are beginning a new strength cycle this week (Front squats and Push Press).  Don’t worry we will bench again soon. The importance of changing exercises in order spur new adaptations in strength is necessary and fun.  Be sure to get in and establish your numbers for this new strength cycle that will last until the end of “The Open”.
