“Goat Training”
A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it. So choose either a single movement you want to improve such as double unders, C2B pull-ups/muscle ups, etc.

Conditioning

15 min AMRAP:

  • 1200 m Run
  • 75 Double unders
  • 50 Wall balls
  • As many Pull-ups in remaining time

L1: Muscle ups
L2: C2B Pull-ups, 50 Double unders
L3: Kipping/ Banded, 25 Double unders
