This Thursday at 5 pm they will release to first workout! We will do the Open WODs Fridays and Saturdays, and you have until Monday to submit your scores. Remember, this is for FUN. Try not to take yourself too seriously but learn from this experience! Doing the Open will make you a better athlete by forcing you to do correct movements and by holding yourself accountable. Also, try to clean up your diet over the next 5 weeks! You’ll be surprised how it will effect your workouts!
