Goat Training
A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it.

Conditioning

Partner Workout! Alternate each minute.

Row for max meters
Partner A rows as many meters as possible in a minute, then partner B rows as many meters as possible in min 2. Continue alternating for 20 min for total meters as a team.
