Bench and Back Squat Thursday!

Strength

Bench Press (3 X 3 @ 75-85% )

  • Use same weights for all sets. ME ring rows (feet elevated) after each set. Rest 2-3 min

Back Squat (3 X 3 @ 85-90%)

  • Use same weight for all sets. 10-15 Box Jumps after each set. Focus on “catching the bounce” rest 2-3 min.
