All of the exercises will be performed on the same side. i.e  10 DB snatch Right arm, 10 Rengeade rows right arm, 10 get-up situps right arm then all on the left arm.   Switch arms  after each round.  pick up where you left off each round.  Score is total rounds + reps  completed in the 9 min of work.
