“Goat Training”

A “Goat” is a movement you want to work on, suck at, or both. Very simply put, it’s the movement that makes you grimace every time you see it because you can’t do it or you suck at it. So choose a single movement you want to improve such as double unders, C2B pull-ups/muscle ups, etc.

Conditioning

14 min EMOM:

  • Odd min- 12 Box Jumps
  • Even min- 3 Man makers

L1: 24″/20″ 35,/25
L2: 20″/16″, 30/20
L3: 16″/12″, 25/15
