Strength
- Front Squat (6 x 2 @ 80%)
Increase 5 lbs from last week, After Completion of Front Squats rest 30 sec then perform 3-5 Box jumps. Choose Height. Rest as needed between sets
- Bench Press (3 x 5)
Choose weights. Increase from last week. After completion of bench press rest 30 sec them perform 10-15 Ring Rows. Rest as needed between sets.
