Skill day! Time to work on those Goats!

Skill/Strength:

Goat Training 
Take 10 minutes warming up and practicing a skill of your choice. Try and stick with a non-barbell movement today during this
Try and choose something different than what you did last week!
 
Goat EMOM 
EMOM 10
1-5 Reps of your goat movement

Doesn’t need to be any specific number, just pick a number (or distance) that you can do each minute on the minute without missing any reps!
 
Conditioning:
 
5 Rounds
15 KBS
15 Air Squats
5 Toes-To-Bar
5 Push Ups
-1:00 Rest-
 
You can take this and make it what you need today- if you are feeling sore and tired from earlier in the week, let this be an active recovery day and move at 70% effort today. If you need a good workout, attack it with some intensity and try to get through the TTB and Push Ups unbroken!
